The report is divided into sections corresponding with NCAR’s facilities and programs at the time of the report’s publication. Each of these sections describe the research focuses and programs within each division and projects associated with these goals. A significant portion of the report centers on the facilities necessary for NCAR’s successful operation. Much of the report’s emphasis lies on developing programs.
