Highlights include: staff finally worked out a specialization scheme for job responsibilities, a number of programs were shot with the 5" coronagraph with the Barium lines showing although faint, a new rotating sector was installed in the flare patrol to open up the disk exposure setting for higher accuracy of setting, tests being run on the image tube to see if a more uniform field can be obtained by moving the relay lens, work progresses on the spar and instruments, the strike continues at the Climax mine, and the last standard gauge C&S steam locomotive made its last Climax to Leadville run.
